Doula Support Package

All moms-to-be are provided with unlimited phone, text, and email support.  

• 3 Prenatal Appointments  (creation and review of birth wish, birth/postpartum education and prenatal check-in, practicing birthing positions and rhythm during labor)
• Gathering and providing resources on pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive health as requested or needed
• On Call 24 hours a day for 2 weeks before your due date and 2 weeks post your due date for births that extend past the due date
• Complete labor and delivery support in hospital, birth center, or home birth
• Up to 2 hours postnatal support following birth 
• A Postnatal visit before 3 weeks postpartum
